My policies are made with the best intentions for you and I. I understand emergencies and sicknesses happen and for that reason I am implementing my policies on a per situation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I appreciate a 48 hour notice. Cancelling and rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in 50% charge of service reservation. Canceling your appointment less than 3 hours before your scheduled service will result in 100% charge of the service scheduled.

Please be respectful of my time, as well as the time of my other guests.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and may be charged 50% of the services you were scheduled for. If you're late to your appointment, please keep in mind that I may need to alter your services from the original service scheduled.

Failure to show up to a scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service reservation.

Product returns and exchange's are available for only 30 days after purchase. Clothing returns are available for exchanges, and must be returned in the state it was purchased in.

If you are a current hair extension guest of mine, please make note of my extension policies. These are made with the best interest for us both in mind.
While I understand it might be easier to remove your extensions at home, it is forbidden. Not receiving a professional extension removal can cause damage and discomfort to your natural hair. You must receive a professional removal service at Northern Bloom if you received your install here. If you decide to remove your hair extensions at home, please know that I will not continue to service you on your hair extension journey.
